The location next to the trails made it easy to engage in outdoor activities. I appreciated the cozy garden views from my room, which added a sense of tranquility. The complimentary evening appetizers were delightful and provided a warm atmosphere for mingling with fellow guests.

The King Room, Desert Daisy was quite nice, with attentive cleaning staff ensuring everything was spotless. Breakfasts were delicious, with a great focus on regional products. However, the noise level from other guests during the night was disruptive. Check-in could have been more efficient, and I noticed some amenities were not adequately stocked.

The views are stunning, especially from the balcony of the King Room. It felt like a retreat in a tranquil setting.

Clearly, there's room for improvement in noise insulation, as disruptions from other guests during the night can be frustrating!!! The limited pool seating is insufficient for the number of rooms, and the Wi-Fi connectivity is disappointingly spotty!!!

Beautiful views and great vibes

Had a fab 4-night stay! The morning coffee on the patio with stunning red rock views was def a highlight. The staff were super friendly, and I enjoyed the cozy picnic area for some snacks. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty sometimes, but it wasn’t a big deal since I was there to unplug anyway.

Just a great match for a brief retreat in Sedona with best value. The afternoon snacks at 4 PM were a nice touch, especially the fresh fruit. Make sure to take advantage of the trails nearby for some beautiful views.

canyon villa bed & breakfast inn is by far the best place to stay in the area. the location is fantastic, right on the trails, making it easy to explore. my king room, desert daisy, was very nice and clean. the beautiful pool overlooking courthouse butte was the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. the owners were friendly and genuinely cared about our experience.

The views from my room were fine. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Fresh-out-of-the-oven cinnamon rolls were a highlight that I couldn’t resist!

It was just a balanced option for a hurried visit in Sedona with very good value for money. Enjoyed the afternoon snacks on the patio. they made for a nice break after exploring the trails. If you like hiking, definitely take advantage of the nearby trails for stunning views.

It's clear that the owners really put thought into the guest experience. However, the noise from other guests at night was distracting. Wi-Fi service was spotty at times, making it challenging to stay connected. While I appreciated the attentive cleaning staff, I noticed some amenities were not adequately stocked during my four-night stay.
